A beautifully run family restaurant. The service was wonderful and food was delicious and wholesome. We brought our daughter and she loved how interactive the dizi was.

Dizi was good, but there were some issues that I would like to mention. This place is cash only, so bear that in mind before going. It took ages for the staff to take our order, and bring the food. 
They wont give you tap water, and you have to buy water if you get thirsty. 
In overall the customer service was not satisfying for the price you pay. Hopefully it will improve. (Went there about 1 month ago)

Food is nice, the shop is clean only issues are cash only payment option also the waitersses  are not trained properly. Lack of customer service. 

Had a strange feeling when we walked in, as if we entered a wrong shop. 
No attendance to confirm we had a booking or where to seat. We just sat in a random place. 
Took so long to attend to us, to give us menus or ask if we are waiting for someone, whether we like to start with some entre’ or not. 
We kept looking at the counter and the waitresses  kept disappearing to the kitchen. One was chewing food behind the counter even. 
 She could have been the owner because she was very confident and was giving order to the younger one. —although felt strange as we walked in because she was wearing too much makeup and looked as if she was  leaving any minute for a party 

We will definitely go back again because we all had a good time and served with delicious food.

Week nights are a lot better
I have heard that this place gets really busy on the weekends and service suffers.
We went there on a Wednesday night and it was nice and quiet.
The Classic Dizi is tasty and the spicy Dizi is not hot at all, its equivalent of a mild Thai or Indian dish so definitely try it if you like some pepper in your life.
You need to be really hungry to finish one full Dizi.
They gave us complementary traditional sweet and black tea which was nice.
The entrance is actually on the Windsor road side rather than the Old norther road. Parking available on the area but not exactly at the front.
