Worst Pizza Hut I have ever eaten from!nOrdered my dinner at 7:37 and the app said would be delivered by 8:24 at 8:30 still had no pizza, at 8:57 I drove down to Pizza Hut as they close at 9:00, I got there and the young girl who was on her own said it had just gone out and she couldn’t do anything about it, I asked for a refund or to speak to the manger or head office but she said she didn’t know what do about this situation, food came home and was stone cold, absolutely applauding! Would never recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut, will be ordering from Beenleigh Pizza Hut now
Had a small Hawaiian which hardly had any ham/pork.nOtherwise my partner’s meat lovers was great.nAlso it was high in price $30.30, considering I only had a small pizza and my partner got a regular and one can of coke. There was a deal for two regular pizzas for $24. ‍
Usually this is a top notch store but after the pizza and service we received on Saturday 03/04/21 I would not recommend. We ordered a 2 pizza drink and garlic bread deal to be delivered, our pizza arrived and had been made on the wrong crust Pan not Traditional we paid for extra cheese on both and extra pepperoni on the other, the meat lovers arrived with no cheese a mountain of meat and smothered in BBQ sauce, the pepperoni had no extra pepperoni or extra cheese, when we called we where offered to have the pizza remade and delivered, the manager on duty delivered the pizzas the boxes arrived wet and the pizza the pepperoni the bases where folded under the cheese and the meat lovers was not much better, I was offered a store credit and refund which I am yet to see. Definitely a disappointing experience.
Staff member didn't know the difference between the online deals and the in-store deals. We tried calling in advance and the teleprompter was no working properly. It ask us to choose which option and it would break out by itself. Staff never answered the phone when it tried to connect. We went in store and ask why nobody picked up the phone and the lady said they were flat out but no orders were being placed and the other staff member was on his phone.
Kids work in play over and over food change 2 Year ago a lot better for the price not the best pic 2 Years ago now way quality down
