Wanted to try as was offered 30% off. The discount didn’t apply it was $55 for three large pizzas delivered.nFood tasted stale and cold, the large pizza felt very lacking in toppings and small. We got 3 large pizzas and the service from an online and delivery level were poor if non existent. Would never try this again. Try something else.
Usually this is a top notch store but after the pizza and service we received on Saturday 03/04/21 I would not recommend. We ordered a 2 pizza drink and garlic bread deal to be delivered, our pizza arrived and had been made on the wrong crust Pan not Traditional we paid for extra cheese on both and extra pepperoni on the other, the meat lovers arrived with no cheese a mountain of meat and smothered in BBQ sauce, the pepperoni had no extra pepperoni or extra cheese, when we called we where offered to have the pizza remade and delivered, the manager on duty delivered the pizzas the boxes arrived wet and the pizza the pepperoni the bases where folded under the cheese and the meat lovers was not much better, I was offered a store credit and refund which I am yet to see. Definitely a disappointing experience.
What happened!!! These guys used to be awesome. Did the shop change owners recently or somthing.nI ordered a hot and spicynA super supremenAnd a BBQnI got 2 wrong pizzas and both the same! They were not cut properly, absolutely a sloppy mess. Like the worst I've ever seen. It was like a prank or somthing. The supreme I got had no greens or onion or any of the toppings apart from meat. The pastry was undercooked.nI defently am not a whinger but this was nuts.nI tried to ring heaps and would not answer too.nHas to be new owners..., I used to boast about ormeau pizza hut. I'll defently be getting a refund on this one.
Order submitted, 3 hours later order not delivered, call centre in Philippines can’t contact store, Indian call centre reacted and asks if “order is still required?”. All adds up to … NO dinner, NO apology, NO refund and company associate hangs up. NOT HAPPY JAN!
Ordered Pepperoni but this was not Pepperoni. Tasted horrible! I called and no one answered.nIt also had small black plastic dots on the bottom of the pizza. That's a massive health and safety issue!!! I also accidentally clicked delivery paid when I wanted pick up. I called and no one answered. Partner went to pick up and they refused to refund the delivery cost. This store should not be open due to the lack of customer service and health issues putting black plastic in their pizza!
