O.m.g. how many herbs an spices did you manage to leave out in your last order from head office ? This is the worst kfc within the brisbane and gold coast region - now i have given the one star due to we could nearly class you as a rural restraunt but i had to travel just as far for my first job at maccas back in the day and managed to still be able to put in half a performance for my 3 hr shutty shifts - why run a "24 nuggets for $10" promo if the staff you have employed struggle to keep up a consistent flow of numeric additions past the number #9 . Now ill give the kids a break ( cause salute for havin a go) management or the owner needs to either start actually havin some pride in callin themselves a " colonel / finger lickin minister" - invest a little time in proper training and some decent chicken ligaments . at the moment ormeau has more of a chance pulling a bucket of chicken from jacobs well than it does your atrocious branch .

Walked into an empty store. The young woman that took my order had no smile and an attitude problem. She then put no spoon, wet towel or serviette in the box. They don't even answer their phone when you ring to suggest they improve their service training. It just cuts off. Won't be returning.

Cannot believe the difficulty people have in counting at this restaurant. 50:50 if they get your order right. Also have an attitude if you check your order. They really need to lift their service as well, tend to ignore you. Also always out of things, really irritating.

Worst experience in a drive through ever. Waited 25 minutes and I was only 4th in line ... and the food was truly average. Not impressed KFC.

We ordered the Taco box, we asked if it contained any cheese before ordering and was told it did not. My wife has allergies. She then suffered for 2 days with sinus pain and after looking at the ingredients list on line, we realised that the tacos actually do have cheese on them under the taco shell. Staff have not been trained properly, and should not have said they contain no cheese without checking first.
