Waited 40 minutes for my order, called them and they gave me a bogus excuse about a punctured tyre. Alex or whatever his name was tells me that my pizza is being placed in the oven and will be delivered in 20 minutes. First of all I didn’t order a pizza I only ordered sides. So what he really was meant to say was oh I’m sorry but we haven’t even cooked your order and oh yes here’s a lie for you in the meantime to chew on whilst we get our act together. HORRIBLE SERVICE! cancelled my order in the end of course. Try Dominoes instead they seem to have been trained well in customer service.

First time I ordered dissapointing experience, the manager offered a complimentary pizza for the next time. I ordered, plus an extra pizza and they were both great, have been back a couple times now, I guess having the address saved as a favourite in your nav man says it all. Delicious! Since then,

Usually good pizza and friendly drivers but really bad customer service from the store. I order for a business on average three to four times a month for around $200 worth of food per order. This store is constantly late with deliveries, at least 15mins every time. They don't even have the courtesy to call and tell us if they're running late, and when we call to ask where it is we just get a "oh it's on its way sorry", barely even an apology. They have left out items from orders as well. Just today an entire order got missed. It all affects the people we're ordering for but even if it didn't it's just inconsiderately lazy really. I've had to complain to their head office twice now and, not that I'd push for it, but they never even offer any complimentary items for the inconveniences. If anymore mistakes are made we will not be ordering from this store again, even if my only alternative is Dominos

1st time- ordered delivery and were told an hour later when we called that it was meant for pickup!! 2nd time - food delivered 45 mins later with the wrong pizza!! Called manager to advise and said she would have one made and deliver herself. 50 mins later....still waiting!!😐 Not happy!!
