Very disappointed in our dining experience. I understand the tavern was busy and wait times were long. I understand that half the menu could not be ordered due to issues with stock. However, when you are paying decent money, you kind of expect decent food.nWith options cut due to supply shortage, our table opted to get some pizzas to share.nOn the me&u app, there was a ham and pineapple option for $23 and a magherita pizza for $23. We decided to get one of each.nAt the counter we were told there is no ham and pineapple pizza, but you can order a magherita pizza and pay extra to get the ham and pineapple added. Not sure why the menu between the app and the counter is different.nIn the end we chose to order 2 magherita pizzas. $23 for each pizza. We got a basic cheese pizza no basil, no visible boccaccini. Most of it went uneaten. Won't be rushing back. See the picture of what was advertised on the app vs what we actually received.
Best management and customer service from staff!nLovely food never have to wait long and the best drinks.nTina makes the best drinks and is probably one of the nicest most professional people I have ever been served by!
Best food, wonderful service.nGreat kids play area, especially for the 3+ age.nnWe come here often, however mothers day was special for us this year, and the staff went above and beyond.nnVery grateful. We will continue to dine here.
Celebrated my husband’s birthday last night. Tavern was buzzing with patrons. Thank you to Tina for ensuring our table was comfortable at all times and that the kids meals came out promptly. Our food came out hot, serves were very generous Thai prawn spring rolls a huge favourite Thanks again Tina for ensuring an enjoyable evening
Very busy day in the dining room,but they should be organised for that many people. At the bar I was charged $11 for a beer, my husband bought one later and was charged $6.5.??I ordered my meal just after my brother and before 12 other family members and received our meal last.Husbands pie was so hard he couldn't even cut it .Complained to duty manager and was not offered any type of refund.Never going again.
