Not what i expected! Little training, poor working conditions, long work hours 9 hours + with only half hour lunch break, no rest breaks. No water allowed close by to rehydrate. No staff room or fridge to keep lunch cold. Under-staffed for the work load. Bullying by older staff members, who instead of showing you, make fun of you....and then proceed to tell every other staff member how stupid they think you are....by hand gesturing and speaking another language. I was a merchandiser for one of the companies they process for. How sad, I now feel ashamed and belittled. I can see now why they find it hard to keep staff.
