I was a little early so I tried to sit on a stool at the front of the shop but it was too tall. I was only picking up the order and delivering it to a birthday lunch and I didn't open any of the boxes so I cannot comment on the look, quality or taste of the pizzas. The pizzas began to emerge from the cooker on time and were packaged swiftly. The staff member treated me politely and professionally. There is a disabled person's carpark close to the door of the shop.
Love the pizza but customer service very poor due to language impaired. English needs to be applied when it comes serving customers.I posted a Seafood Deluxe Pizza photo in info section however the delivery was late but its understandable that first night Pizza Hut been open during Convid19 level 3 the problem is pizza was delivered cold. Not on guys. Was not happy at all.

Hesitant to give a higher rating as have had negative experiences in the past but the food we got tonight was great. Ordered 2 limo pizzas amd was very pleased.
We brought 2 pizzas 1 Supreme 1 shrimp way better than dominoes at dominoes we ordered supreme but got something else and the shrimp pizza we got 1 shrimp for slice..but at pizza hut we got exactly wat we ordered n the shrimp pizza was covered in shrimp now these are great pizzas compared to dominoes..pizza hutt is the best and aswum service too

We were looking forward to our bacon,chicken and bbq pizza with a garlic cheese stuffed base. Very disappointed in the amount of fillingmeat Sauce was a wee bit on the scarce side as well. Taste is good however for $19 it is overpriced. Yes a nice savoury bread is what my husband and I thought of it. Would hate to think how much our pizza would cost if we tripled the ingredients and extra sauce. What a disappointing dinner. Service is good but product does not meet the price.
I wasn't a big fan of pizza hut growing up. I grew up in Hamilton and the pizza huts there could never get it right. Hard, dry, wrong toppings, no matter which pizza hut I went to. Put me off buying from pizza hut altogether. Until I moved here 2 years ago. Decided to grab some pizza one day as something different. First time it was beautiful. Cooked to perfection. Perfect amount of sauce. Got everything right. I thought well its always good the first or second time but i doubt it will last. I was wrong. Everytime I have ordered pizza from here for the last two years it's always been perfect. Always cooked just right. Aways the perfect amount of sauce, and always the right toppings. This place restored my faith in pizza hut again so thanks hawera pizza.
Great pizza everytime. Excellent service. Get my sunday night pizza from this store every week. Keep up the good work.
