Usually I place all McDonald's in the same 4 star category. But this particular establishment disappointed my wife and I a great deal. The menus where moving on there LCD screens to fast to read and understand. The server didn't have a way to show us a proper menu and made us order at one of those lame kiosks. And older lady that was behind us in line got so confused that she just left with out ordering. And when we finally got our food, they had added way to much salt and my wife didn't even want it. How could a fast food chain get it so wrong? I won't ever eat at another one.

A typical McDonalds, not much to say. Location is very convenient if you're driving around Hawera. Service was fast every time that I have visited, and the ice cream machine never seems to be broken, so that's a plus !
