Got stuck in the drive through and waited 35mins. Finally get to the ordering speaker to find out there was a 40min wait on chicken and pretty much everything else was sold out. This was 7pm at night.nAbsolutely useless staff and service.nDefinitely do not recommend.
Don't expect to get menu items after 9pm because they to lazy to make them
Wasn't given enough time to decide on what we wanted in the drive through. A voice kept repeating, place your order! We drove away, we weren't fussed anyway as our previous experience purchase ages agoe, the chicken was dry. Also a work colleague experienced the same, DRY CHICKEN! NOT GOOD!
A particularly female worker doesn’t know customer service made me feel unwelcomed and I found a hair in my food .
Worst place to have food ever time from. Some times they don’t have hash brown some time anything else. This time they don’t have lettuce and onion and the hash brown also taste like have been frayed 2 hours ago. So every time I buy vege burger they have something missing in burger. It’s too lack of customer service. We are vegetarian, so don’t have option but now it’s like enough. We will never go to KFC hawera. I am just writing because so that management now about it and improve the service. Thank you
