Worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been at Subway for many years. The girl up front doing the bread was great she had a nice smile and well mannered but the girl doing salads had no respect for the food and her station was a mess. She threw my salads on the sub made no eye contact when I was clearly unhappy with the way she worked on my sub. The sauce she applied was way too much for even two subways. I was not the only person unhappy with their meals that night as i shared concern with a young couple in line with me. I understand it was busy but I’ve been there during lunch rush which I left a happy customer. I will return with my husband again but tonight I was not a happy customer, this was not the face of subway that I know and enjoy. Our reason to not return our subs is the loyalty we share and also the fact it was busy. Please understand that this will not effect us from returning we enjoy Subway very much.
Absolutely disgusting hygiene asked for a foot long roll and before it was even made I look into the cabinet and see all kinds of bits of scraps of meat a food cross contaminating everything workers don't change their gloves after making each sandwich they just grab more bread and then cross contaminate that too had subway at many subway stores before but this one should be closed down and the workers have the daylights grilled out of them on how food hygiene and safety should be not a friken pigsty like it is right now and then on top of the it took three workers to do ONE sandwich while 6 other people stood there waiting to get food for over 20minutes grotty food grotty service shameful to the maximum limit
One woman was excellent, she had to work harder because the other was talking for too long! Myself & Another customer shared the same views! I ask for meatballs plus bacon as an extra. There wasn't enough meatballs, the woman serving my husband & I had to go out the back to get more meat balls, to fill my subway. Not enough lettuce plus it looked old. My husband asked for a steak sub.. Arrived home, I showered before I sat down to eat. My husband ate my meatball sub & didn't realize he was eating my meatballs sub. His sub had written on it MEATBALLS! I got his steak sub. I only ate it because I was starving. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! the 5 stars is for the woman that served us. She was working so much harder.
Don't bother ordering a kids pack, they tell you the options you can choose from and charge you extra because that wasn't an option after saying it was and won't refund you or apologize and just walk away
On Sunday 25th we went for getting veggie patties sub with my wife and son. Will preparing our order I just ask lady that would you able to change the gloves which were already used for breaking boxes and served non-veg. As it was un-hygienic. She started getting rude to us. Worst customer service experienced till now. She was old lady and always rude, she was rude to my wife on her last visit as well. We will definitely get this highlighted to subway head office.
