Good friendly service, but the amount of salad put on the roll has certainly reduced compared to what I have enjoyed in the past. I had to open it and check that it even had lettuce. I hope this was just result of a bust night. Not keen to return to this store
Worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been at Subway for many years. The girl up front doing the bread was great she had a nice smile and well mannered but the girl doing salads had no respect for the food and her station was a mess. She threw my salads on the sub made no eye contact when I was clearly unhappy with the way she worked on my sub. The sauce she applied was way too much for even two subways. I was not the only person unhappy with their meals that night as i shared concern with a young couple in line with me. I understand it was busy but I’ve been there during lunch rush which I left a happy customer. I will return with my husband again but tonight I was not a happy customer, this was not the face of subway that I know and enjoy. Our reason to not return our subs is the loyalty we share and also the fact it was busy. Please understand that this will not effect us from returning we enjoy Subway very much.
Place is peaceful friendly staff and their services are awesome communication is great.
This Subway restaurant and team are unreal! Especially Submon. It’s so nice to see them supporting their local community. A personal favourite was the spin and win.nnClean, friendly, great subs. One of the best Subways around- on par with Subway Kippa
On Sunday 25th we went for getting veggie patties sub with my wife and son. Will preparing our order I just ask lady that would you able to change the gloves which were already used for breaking boxes and served non-veg. As it was un-hygienic. She started getting rude to us. Worst customer service experienced till now. She was old lady and always rude, she was rude to my wife on her last visit as well. We will definitely get this highlighted to subway head office.
