It has happened to us twice in a row we ordered pizzas few weeks ago and were served with wrong spicy sauce on all the pizzas. I did not complain thinking it could be a mistake.nToday again we Ordered indian pizzas and they are just absolutely tasteless completely full of sauce toppings no flavour of anything except the sauce on top.nI guess the team needs bit more training no matter u look at indian name please be mindful that people want quality not quantity. And not every Indian eat spicy food. Good luck team
Poor service, poor quality, poor handling of customer complaint. I went in to a slightly busy store, staff had their backs turned to customers for almost 10 minutes while my order along with others, were sitting on the bench, not the warmer, but going cold on the bench. My food was stone cold by the time i received it. I complained to the store, only to be met with an automated response, have had no offer of compensation what so ever. Goes to show this store does not care about food quality, or its customers. Will not be returning.
Terrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Basic customer service is a joke for Dominos Fitzroy.nChicken pizza was handed to me along with my order instead of veg pizza ordered for Friday Family dinner.nCalled the store and Staff Kush asked to email the pictures of the pizza to his personal email address as no official email is available.Well pictures emailed with order confirmation, no reply. Called store for follow up and same person told me they are so busy and can’t look into my order now. Called end of the night and guy left the store and another staff told me that Kush is the manager and he will come back to me. Called next day and same excuse.nI am done with u, been one week and still no reply. Wasted my money, they don’t bother if got wrong order or what. End of the night have to cook at home for veg family member. Wish I had option to give u negative stars

Every single time I’ve walked through those doors, I’ve been greeted like family, and the level of service is unmatched. Just the other day I was served by Kush, and I have to say – his customer service is nothing short of legendary. He’s cheerful, polite, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond like that, but Kush absolutely does.nnNow, let’s talk about the pizza, because that’s the real magic here. The bases are perfectly cooked every single time – crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, never soggy, never burnt. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work because it shows in every bite. The cheese? Melted to perfection, gooey, stretchy, and generously layered. The toppings? Always fresh, always plentiful. You don’t get those stingy sprinkle-sized toppings like some other places might do. No – here at Domino’s Fitzroy, they absolutely load up the pizzas, making sure every slice is bursting with flavour.nnAnd then there’s the price – honestly, it feels like they’re spoiling us. The deals are unbeatable. For example, the Buy One Get One Free deal on Tuesdays is practically famous at this point. Where else can you feed the whole family, or shout dinner for your mates, with two giant pizzas for the price of one? I’ve used that deal more times than I can count, and it never disappoints. Even outside of Tuesday, the value is incredible – it’s affordable without ever compromising on quality.nnThe store itself is always spotless, well-run, and efficient. Orders are ready fast, whether you’re popping in to pick up or waiting for delivery. It’s clear the team here works hard to keep everything running smoothly, and it really shows.nnSo, if you’ve ever seen a negative review about Domino’s Fitzroy, I’d say take it with a grain of salt – because my experience has been the exact opposite every single time. This store deserves nothing but praise for their outstanding pizzas, their unbeatable prices, and their world-class customer service special thanks again to Kush for setting the gold standard!.
