Great family atmosphere.nStaff were amazing and very hospitable. Wasn't much for vegetarians when I walked in so they immediately went and cooked numerous vego options. All very smiley and polite. Good options and value for money, all you can eat dinner, dessert and drinks for $100 for family of four.
Long wait for pizza, limited variety. Dessert pizza was old a hard. Refreshing of food item slow. Chocolate mousse was served warm. Not worth $120ishnnToilets gross, no loo paper. Cubicles out of order in men's.
Not many Pizza hut dine in restaurants left now! Could do with a refurb but Pizzas are good. Just gotta get in quick, lots of people waiting to pounce on the fresh pizzas.
Many years now we have wanted to stop in relive childhood memories to dine in at a Pizza Hut. We went to dine in for dinner on our way through to Brissy. Happy Childhood memories were replaced by sadness. Around 4.30 about 4 families and few couples were seated about the eating area. More people at front waiting on pickups. The food stations looked very unappealing . hardly any Pizza a few potato gems dried garlic bread bit of pasta and 2 choice of sauces . The salad bar and desert was just as disgusting . Kids were running amok touching everything & when one pizza came out every 10 or so minutes, it was devoured by the masses . The place is filthy & the toilets were also filthy & half the lights were out in there.nWhen leaving we went to give the manager some constructive criticism but she took it personal and started yelling over the top of us. She was rude and made no sense and just screamed at us, said it's good value and that's why they charge a surcharge on sundays ???? I was dumbfounded, and turned to the nearest family and asked is this good value ????? .. of course it was a Father who was circling the food like a vulture and the kids touching everything. He nodded of course to the the good value. I assume kids eat for free under a certain age . A local regular maybe ????? . If you see this yeah glad you got your fill.nI also had to bring up to her the so called Manager that raising her voice here and speaking yelling over me is disgraceful behaviour.nThey seemed more concerned with serving the pick up orders at the front counter . Absolutely disgusting customer service and the Gympie store was a filthy. Tongs , utensils, food stations grimey.n$62 for 2 adults. I didnt even get to have pizza due to certain things I cannot eat. Was offered vegetarian pizza GREAT but was not let know when or which. So yes yay for me. ALL YOU CAN EAT ???????? Laughable. Survival of the fittest id about it. We had been looking forward to dining in Pizza Hut as there are very few left. We sat there dumbfounded.nDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. KEEP DRIVINGnnWhat a sad place
Absolutely loved dining in at Pizza Hut, it took me right back to my childhood! downside was that we asked for a glass of softdrink each and we were given and I assume paid for a jug, which was too much and we were on a budget so not thrilled about paying extra. I csnt comment so much on the food as I could only eat salad due to dietary restrictions. I don't think there is an option price wise for salad bar only - she gave me a small discount of around $2 when I asked, so it was some expensive lettuce and tomatoes.nnWould Absolutely go back though, I wish there were more eat in Pizza Huts!
