Gympie Central is a single level sub regional shopping centre located 167km north of Brisbane and 82km north of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. The centre is anchored by Woolworths, Big W and 49 specialty stores. Great centre, not too big and overwhelming enough that you'd get lost.  Plenty parking, clean amenities. All your needs covered from supermarket, electrical, technology, clothing, homewards, entertainment. GC has it all.

Could  do with more variety/retailers. But basically a good centre

Great shopping. Big w has all you need.

Absolutely fantastic, down to earth friendly people. From starters, to main and to desert. Not bothered whilst dining and big enough table to push the finished plates aside with a table of four. When we broke for a toilet break the plates were removed, great timing for. The eatery is a nice place for a beer at the bar and sushi train. A place where smart casual suits in. Very nice place to wine and dine, for me, great place for a relaxing beer and meal.

Shopping was an overall good experience but this was ruined when returning to my car, I finished unloading the trolley and walked it to the trolley man a bit older looking who wasn't to far from my car about 5-8m away, it was quite obvious that we had a baby with us as the trolley had the baby carrier and as I handed the trolley back he pulled and a cigarette and lit it right  in front of us, I know that customers do this even though it is clearly posted everywhere that it is a no smoking area but for an employee to do it essentially next to my car is ridiculous

Only been here a couple times.  The Woolworths staff that served me throughout my food shopping were very nice and helpful and actually spoke to you. Cannot say the same for rest, a couple of the other shops I went too the staff hardly even looked at you, never responded when I said hello, this was at two different stores within the complex. Other than that is not a bad shopping centre.

Not one of my fav's. The parking is out side and 2 levels underground. The underground parking is very narrow with small spaces maximum height is 2.20m., the outside is usually full.  The shopping centre itself has a collection of known stores but doesn't stand out on any level. It feels old and could do with a overhaul and expansion of different shops. A JP is present on certain days near the escalators which is handy.

I love the access to the shops in this centre. Everything is very accessable with wheelchairs, and the disability toilets are more accessable than the other main toilets, which is a plus. The eating area is well set out, with easy access for all, and most things you need will be able to be found within the centre.

i have been going to centro for 10yrs now and as i am disabled. i find that with all of elderly n disabled people there is only 1 disabled toilet. and as i was shopping in woolwoths n needed to go to toilets i had to race as fast as i could all the way up to toilets n get there n disabled toilet was broken . i have spoken to other n all seem to think that another toilets down at woolies end  thanks

Good variety of shops. Nice and clean shopping centre. Plenty of parking but access is a bit complicated. No good for larger vehicles or caravans etc. Some parking on the street to the right of the building for them.
