Arrived before the Sunday dinner rush and felt like if I owned the store I’d be really embarrassed by the way it presented. Every bin was overflowing and every table and surface was grubby - even the counter of McCafe needed a good wipe! Staff were busy, which indicated that understaffing was likely the cause. They should also be trained to walk into the store and imagine they are customers so they can fix issues like dirty floors, spills and overflowing bins. Hope this helps.
Just order and had to get them to remake a ice latte that was meant to be on oat as my sister has a allergies to normal milk but when I tried it for her it was normal milk not oat and just got home to eat my grilled chicken to open the box and find a burger patty not chicken even though on the box says chicken
We ordered by online but we had to wait 15 min because they opened only one lane.Actually don’t know the system in Aus mc, but very inefficient. And the fries were cold, we ordered spicy shaker fries but they gave me normal fries. Also I added feisty hot sauce with nuggets, but they didn’t put any sauce. Very disappointed.
Staff rarely get your order right. You drive to pick your order up and you're told to drive around again even if the fault was theirs. They do not apologise, they simply say, there's no other customers, so drive around again. They apparently are unable to fix an order once you are at the last window.
Ordered a small double cheeseburger meal with a water and a medium cheeseburger meal with a chocolate shake. They seemed confused about the water and offered sparkling water in a cup. I just wanted plain still water. Took a bit but we got there.nnThe cheeseburger was the most oily thing I've probably seen and I couldn't eat it, it was actually dripping and my friend said the shake was all chocolate and no shake nnQuick service and with friendly staff.
