Hidden from the world in the small historic town of Ophir in Central Otago, Pitches Store provides all the charm and special comforts you desire – perfect as Otago rail trail accommodation, for corporate travellers and romantic getaways alike.

Opened after eight months of restoration, every detail of this Central Otago accommodation reflects contemporary luxury, tastefully combined with hints of its unique 130 year history.

With six rooms and a restaurant onsite, it’s easy to enjoy passing the time with some great food, wine and good company or simply unwind in the thoughtfully designed rooms.

Great food and friendly staff. We enjoyed  every on the plate. Can't believe to find such a fine dining restaurants in a place of 50 people town. Yummy!

Had a wonderful lunch, cooked to perfection, well priced and a great Weaver Pinot Gris to match. I  would recommend this eatery to anyone who appreciates good food. Well done chef.
