The staff here on the afternoon of 21/5/18 were great. Toni was friendly, polite, approachable, helpful and professional as was her colleague. We came here after being ignored and offered no assistance at another store - so glad we did! After delivery of our furniture, we were called to see how things were going. There were issues with one of the tall boys so it was replaced by head office asap. No arguments from them. We love our sofas, desk and tallboys. Great furniture company with exceptional customer service. Thanks guys.
Very happy with our buying experience at Pine Discount. Driver called an hour before delivery as promised. A follow up call from Michelle the next day was a lovely surprise. Great customer service. We love our new bed!!
I had the most amazing time today shopping for furniture today at the Joondalup store and this lovely lady called Shaye was so helpful and she helped us with everything we needed. she definitely deserves a promotion! What a great experience!
Friendly, non-pushy staff; decent prices; some very nice wooden living room furniture designs; and well organised delivery. Just a bit limited in variety maybe best as a first stop to pick up some great initial furniture, then off to a bigger store.
The worst Experiance with this whole company. No customer service at all. Sold us a product that was discontinued and they weren't getting any more shipments for. Abused us when we questioned them why they took our money with stock they knew they weren't getting... Malaga store manager....... worst retail manager I have ever come across....... refused to admit error and pushed the complaint to customer service manager........ who has no customer service skills what so ever. Kirsten was the rudest person I have ever spoken to..... continued to over talk me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. When asked to let me finish talking she hangs up. When you try to call back to get the issue resolved she won't answer the phone... she will than text you and ask for details for a refund.... than process the refund a week later. When I called and questioned she refused to talk about it and hung up...... to save yourself the time and fustratuon never shop with pine discount
Well, it was truly amazing. The customer services were amazing. This one young woman name Shaye I think helped me with my Granddaughter's new bunk bed.
Love the girls at Joondalup. I always go here for my furniture shopping. They are always very helpful and friendly. Lovely range of furniture and good prices. Thanks girls!

I met this lovely lady called shaye and she helped me to buy my very first bunk bed and helped me to my car.This lovely lady works at the Joondalup stores.
We bought new sofas and after a couple of years, the arm rests and cushions are collapsing. Considering what we paid, I can't say it's value for money.
