Rubbish furniture store. Paid $75 for delivery for a 2 seater lounge. Waited 2 weeks. They gave me a 4 hour window between 12 and 4pm. Turned up at 3.40pm. Husband was home. Delivery guy knocked and rang our home phone number. Left a message in some language that no one but him could understand. Couldn't raise anyone so left. Rang my mobile number after they'd left. I asked him to turn around and go back as husband was home. He refused said I'd have to pay another $75 for delivery next day. Rang Fantastic Furniture Joondalup store got some man who said I'd have to pay another $75 delivery fee and because I got hot under the collar & I said no way, he hung up on me. I then rang the delivery guy back he said no I'd have to pay the delivery fee again. So there's my lounge sitting inside this truck somewhere going around the city, they couldn't turn around and come back even though they might have only been 1 kilometre from my house. So then called furniture store again got a lovely girl who said the manager would call me next day. Waited til next day nothing all day so called them at around 5pm spoke to the manager who had no idea. Then she said because no one was home I'd have to pay delivery fee again. I said my husband was home. I said no you can keep your lounge now I've had enough, I want a full refund. Total rubbish store, staff rude except that one girl. Will never go in there again.

Good prices, very big selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Orders are fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

Good sized store with plenty of parking in front. The store is easily accessible. The staff were friendly, even at the end of a long day. There was plenty of stock on display and the aisles were big enough to navigate with a mobility aid or wheelchair.

They label their stock different names so they never have to honour their lowest price guarantee. Then when i asked for a discount the sales person would rather loose a $600 sale than offer any discount. Then refused to get the manager. I’ll never shop there. Amart had the same stock at cheaper prices.
