Damian was an awesome bloke to deal with. We'd previously scouted the items we wanted the day before and going back in and making the purchases he walked us through everything from quality to delivery, he was even able to take payment right on the shop floor. The store itself is very large and well stocked with display items that anyone should have no issue finding what they're looking for. There is a wait on some items 5-8 weeks which sounds like it is normal but the staff do give you ample warning. Overall happy we came in and happy with our purchases.
We just left Amart Joondalup and were having trouble deciding aswell as with coming to a compromise. It all got a bit too much. When we went to leave the salesperson/man scolded us for "wasting an hour of his time." I am in complete shock. To him: We didn't hire you or pressure you into taking a sales job. If you dislike it, and the way your pay is structured, take it up with your employer. Not with people just trying to shop for furniture for the first time and feeling overwhelmed. We definitely won't be back to buy the furniture from you. And thank you for making an already difficult day, even harder.
I have been coming here for 5years and recently found an AMAZING salesperson called Amy she was so so so helpful. She listened to what I wanted and followed up with phonecalls about the products we wanted. Shes awesome and I go shopping on days i know shes there I ring to find out before heading to the shop. She wasn't pushy, didnt sell me something i didnt want or push me to buy more expensive items, she had a great sales pitch and was honest and incredibly helpful. I specifically found a store manager to thank them for the great job Amy does. I prefer Amart over Harvey Norman and Fantastic furniture so check Amart out before going elsewhere. We have bought bedroom suites, lounge suites mattresses and chairs from Amart. We bought our dining suite from Early settler as the quality of the table was better. Really helpful and friendly staff.
We recently purchased a Vulcan recliner from Amart Joondalup and the team were super helpful, not only with sales but also organising delivery and installation. A personal thank you to Rahul for going above and beyond. Couldn't recommend this store highly enough.
Team very friendly refit looking great was read to walk out because i couldn't fine what we were looking for when an assistant came to us and aske ?? Can i help. Hubby directed what we were looking for. She asked the team on the shop floor. Before we walked out she was back to show me just what we'd asked for thankyou amart team.looking forward to my next visit sale on now get yourself there

So where to start,whoever read this review please do yourself a favour and stay away from this shopJoondalup A Mart,We did purchased Outdoor Lounge and since we needed this lounge in 3-4 weeks due to renovation in our house on what they agreed,We did put deposit only just to be safe,when I went back to pickup our lounge and pay rest of the money they advised lounge been sold to someone else and we need to wait another 2 months,Simply unacceptable customer service and very rude response from their team,even they lied to us they tried to call us back to advise regards this,what is lie,nothing else.As stated above,do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else
Sales people stood round talking to each other. There was a 30 min for dispatch. Would avoid shopping here
Good customer service at the store in Edgewater from Kim. She was so helpful and provided me with all the info. The follow up from staff and the warehouse, payment facility, delivery info were excellent. Delivery was done promptly as per schedule - the boys called a few minutes before arriving to make sure that we were home - Pine Furniture, a tall boy and a dresser, in good condition already assemble were delivered with ease!
Picked up click and Collect item here. Dispatch staff very pleasant and efficient to deal with.
