worst furniture shopping experience ever! faulty goods, extremely rude staff and unable to get a refund in a timely manner, do yourselves a favour and do not shop at nick scali

Rude staff, never going go there again. Asked about few options (3 only btw) on coffee table for the sofa and dining sets that we had purchased earlier, and the lady said you are fussy and we are busy during this time of the year. Bad behaved staff, why they shut the shop and relax at home. Long live online shops.
