Love this gym. Friendly, fun and challenging workouts. Amy is one of the best trainers out there! Highly recommend.

I have trained with Physical Aimz fitness for over 9 years and still going. In this time I've had babies and returned to regain my fitness, completed half marathons, enjoyed numerous boot camps and have never done the same training session twice. Physical Aimz is the place to go for well educated trainers, well planned sessions, good advice, motivation and enjoyable classes with a friendly and happy vibe.

Excellent trainer, has helped me get fit and stay motivated. Great, friendly environment, lots of variety. Highly recommend.
