The best CrossFit Geelong has to offer with great facilities for ALL abilities. CrossFit Grovedale owner Adrian Henry was born and bred in Geelong, After coming off his motorbike on the trails in 2010 and rupturing his ACL, CrossFit was the perfect rehabilitation. After 5 years of watching how others ran their fitness facilities, Adrian combined his finance and accounting background with his passion for fitness, a great combination in Geelong's small business market. With the support of his beautiful partern Jody and his awesome team of Coaches, a real community has formed with every member having one thing in common......... to be Fitter, Better & Stronger.

I’d been interested in trying CrossFit for a while and I couldn’t have chosen a better place than CrossFit Grovedale. As a complete beginner, I’ve had nothing but amazing support from the coaches, especially Aaron who’s been so great helping me with new exercises and correcting my technique. I’m having fun, I’ve met some fanatastic people who’ve welcomed me so much and I’m excited to try weightlifting at my own pace. If anyone else is like me and thinking of trying CrossFit, then come to CrossFit Grovedale - you won’t find a better place! 👍

Crossfit Grovedale is the most friendly and welcoming gym I've ever been to. The coaches are amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and somehow get so much out of you that I personally didn't think I had in me. I've only been a member since the start of the year but the change in my mind set, body and overall strength and fitness level is amazing and it's only been a short time. 
If you haven't been along to see yourself its time you did.

This is one of those businesses that feels like you've walked into the right place immediately.  Non-judgemental staff and very good facilities.

They work out what's best for you but most importantly, they listen to what your needs and goals are.

Top class facilities. Very clean and well maintained! If you want to get fit and strong this is the place to be. A great mix of workouts and they cater for all levels of fitness and ability. I am super uncoordinated, especially when it comes to complex movements but with great coaching they helped me work on my form and coordination to help build my strength. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness.

This box has been my home away from home over Christmas and I have been welcomed with open arms. Great community with awesome, knowledgeable coaches (Coach Spencer knows his stuff) who truly care about their members. The positivity in this place is incredible! Thanks for having me CrossFit Grovedale. Can't wait to come back!
