Ash and crew are very welcoming and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is you are made to feel equal and there is plenty of help from trainers to improve your technique and keep pushing. 45 minutes passes so quickly that you are left wanting to come back time and time again. Studio is nice and big and very clean!!

Brand new equipment and a HUGE training area, but the real positive is the amazing encouragement from the trainers! Such a great atmosphere where you always feel safe and supported. And great showers!

Great energetic team, nice big space and great people to work out with. I normally train at a gym but struggle to get motivated and work hard so i find F45 a more motivating and fun way to work out.
