absolutely killer gym to train at, would recommend highly to anyone that wants to get grade A training and a highly dedicated team of trainers and coach. Always pushed me to achieve more than what i could ever imagine. Training for kids and adults, kids class is fantastic, when ever i see the kids training, i see them all smiling and eager to learn.
