In all areas of our business - from developing film and printing, Fine art large format printing,Canvas prints,digital imaging and restoration, to the retailing of Leica cameras, frames and albums, we try to be different, we try to do it better.

Story

Photo Production House has been established on the same premises since 1991, providing B&W & colour film processing of 35mm and 120mm formats, fine art printing, scanning, framing and camera sales.
Our customer service philosophy ensures, keen amateurs, professionals and happy snappers are all personally looked after. Whether it's working to a tight deadline, offering camera advice or bringing your work out to you whilst parked with children in the car, we aim to maximize the customer satisfaction experience.

O great Google! You sadly mistaken! You convinced me that they open Saturday's till 14:00 I got here at 12:45 and curtain down, no one home, can you believe it?! Not even a lil' apologies note, nothing! Good thing I know that this business owners don't care about me before I spend money here.... And yes, I thought more than once before posting this but lately I am tired listening for excuses everywhere, no one blushing giving me $$$$ prices not asking for red carpet but minimum respect for potential customers shouldn't be a problem.
Great service, communication and products. So grateful for the assistance in getting some last minute gifts sorted! Looking forward to returning for more prints.
Get my disposable cameras developed here. Sometimes open hours on Google maps differ but they have a drop off option when the shop is closed. They are available to message through Google maps aswell.
Best film processing and amazing assortment of cameras to buy … also great customer service!!!. So nice and polite. I believe the shop is run by one person. Sometimes very quick turn around sometimes small wait time but I’m happy to wait to support local Prahran business. So convenient having the shop in the area. Don’t know I’d do without this place!
I took photos of a beautiful orange sunset as a gift for my brother with a very reliable camera and my regular film. They came out grey and light washed, when I tried to explain that I was unhappy, the man in the store proceed to raise his voice at me and tell me "there's something wrong with you!". And refused to try and remedy the issue. He was very rude and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the photos when they were grey. It has ruined what was supposed to be a very special gift, and I walked away quite upset with how rudely I was spoken to. Will never develop here again
Very slow turnaround and messed up the developing, half exposing the first and last frame of a roll of 120 film. Would not recommend, try Peninsula Camera Centre, much quicker turnaround and they have never failed at developing dozens of rolls I have put through them.

Excellent, friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. The photo enlargements I had done for Christmas presents had an excellent finish. There is a very good range of photo frames and the whole package came up beautifully. Highly recommended for photo/camera advice. Hand Processing and digital and lots of other help. This is the only photo store we now use it's so good. Thank you M Johnston
I get my digital Photos printed here regularly. They do an excellent job and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable - I highly recommend this Photo Lab.
