Great range of brands and great prices during the recent sale. Web process for inquiring on a product was excellent with a very fast follow up from the store who called within 1 hour.

They certainly have the brands but staff where short and seemed disinterested. Trying to go back to buying from brick and mortar stores don't mind paying extra for this but didn't have a projector in stock and couldn't demo and suggested i order online "just go off the reviews". Went down to another retailer in south Melbourne who displayed the product spent 30mins going thru it and i'll purchased from them.

I was in Klapp Windsor store last week for a turntable. They have a large range of Audio Video Equipment like Speakers, Turntables, Amplifiers from big and famous brands. Prices are very reasonable for the high-end brands they offer. Staff customer service was very good. Thanks Tony- you gave me a great deal.

We shopped around for a high end loudspeaker system and by far the service and also willingness to be competitive with pricing would make us go back to Klapp any day. Very knowledgable team. Tony was very helpful and gave us the right advise. Thanks!
