Along with expert advice this is one stop pet shopping at its best.

Start off with higher prices, that's fine, they've got a price match policy. As per the PetStock website: Shopping In-Store? If you happen to find the same product in Australia for less, let us know and we will match it. But wait...I went into store here and was told that because it is a Melbourne store, they would have to pay freight so it is not a valid price match. Well it says anywhere in Australia, and I even went so far as to ensuring there was a physical storefront as specified for online price matches, yet apparently even though it is not a stated term or condition anywhere on the website, apparently the price match needs to be at least the same state, maybe even local? Very poor form.

Just came in for hermit crabs and goldfish. Just want to say how impressed I was with Kylie's attitude, customer service and product knowledge. Keep up the top work Kylie, you're a great asset to the store. Will Kennedy.
