I went to the baldivis store as I was going to Mandurah to buy dog food for a struggling family. The young boy there was excellent and explained the different types of food available and what's the premium products are. He told me to compare things. I went to another store and they completely confused me so I went back to that shop. This time, the lovely lady manager helped me out. I didn't know till after. She was such a lovely lady who took the time to help me out with a happy, smiling face. Excellent customer service and excellent knowledge of products available. I highly recommend that if you're looking for shops that know what their selling, excellent customer service, nothing was too hard, and I wasn't rushed or felt like I was a number. In fact, the opposite, I was valued as a customer. Thank you to both of them. Excellent customer service.
Jasper had a good experience and looks fabulous. He's not used to a grooming service as I do him myself But overall, I'm extremely pleased. Professional service, friendly and caring staff and Jazz seemed quite happy when I arrived to get him
Absolutely fantastic Staff in pertain Baldivis. We have been going here for some years now! The staff know us by first name and are especially good with my young son that has special needs, very inclusive. They personally take him under their wing while I bath my Dog! How lovely is that! It means as a single Mum I have help when it can be challenging to watch my child and bath my Dog at the same time. My son asks to go and see his “ Angie” the awesome manager who he calls “ my princess”. Heather another staff member is so beautiful with my boy, includes him when we engrave dog tags and takes the time to include him. Honestly they are like family to us and I know how passionate they all are about their shop, we wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks team xx

Was served by a lovely lady who had helped me out so well. This Petbarn is 10x better than any other. If in need of fish support I highly recommend this Petbarn
so pleased with his grooming thank you girls, he was shattered being only a puppy and only his 3rd groom, but hes over it now slept all afternoon
Around the end January February I visited Petbarn Baldivis , to purchase some products for my New Puppy , got to know a friendly staff member In particular he was polite and extremely helpful on this particular day he said it was his birthday he was turning 18 I said congratulations, handsome and asked what he wanted , I offered to give him a voucher to go out for dinner , with his friends A few weeks later , I received a call from the store manager accusing me of being gay , I will never attend this pathetic store again
I just had my dog groomed here, couldn't be more pleased with all the service here, Ashley your a gem , pippy looks great . I will definitely be back , thanks Suzie
Very disappointed in the customer service, asked to purchase one fish 5 minutes before close and they said they couldn’t due to closing soon. They were counting tills as I walked in at 10 too was definitely made to feel pushed out. Will not be returning.
Don't bother with this waste of space. Can't even contact you when they cancel their services. Waste of time and effort.
