We took our beagle Austin into Pet City today and was informed that there was a dog groomer in store. She agreed to give Austin the works and also cut his nails. My dog has never looked so good!! The groomer was obviously an expert in her field and loved dogs. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back,  thank you

Today i chose a new cat frm Pet City Port Kennedy Staff lovely, very helpful, nothing to much trouble .
Very clean shop area, 
I liked that there was no pressure could take your time.in all a pleasant experience

Pet city is a disgrace, met the (2nd in charge) when trying to return a faulty product this morning. Had to remind her not to shout at me in front of my children and other customers. Wife bought a dog harness recommended by staff 1 week ago for a puppy that pulls and CHEWS its lead. In less than 1 week lead is frayed from chewing despite using shop recommended spray and told no refund or exchange. Reminded staff regarding customers rights as advised at time of purchase product has lifetime guarantee, store doesn’t recognise customer rights and says Only option is to discuss with manufacturer. Sorry but you endorse the product by selling it and taking money therefore you should provide refund and then take up faulty product with manufacturer as that is not my problem. I want my money back and apology for disgraceful customer service
