The staff here are wonderful. I am a regular visitor to this store along with my Cat. They have all the stock I ever need and always ask about my Cat and when is she next coming in for a visit. They love their customers and pets.

Very happy with the service here, it is a surprise to get outstanding service here in Perth. We were after an item that was out of stock, the assistant happily called nearby stores to arrange one to be put aside. She even gave us the puppy book containing discount vouchers which saved us a decent amount so extremely happy!

Other than the constant chase for specials its the best place we have found to get out animal products. Good variety, and always good service.

I went to take my dog in for a DIY bath using their facilities, which are great. The girls at the front were very helpful when I asked them how to work the dog wash. I also had a few questions to ask about fish keeping and how to keep the tank cleaner, one of the girls, Amy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She talked to me about fish and we had a great conversation about our pets, while she patted my dog. Amy answered all my questions and even gave me extra advice. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store is laid out in a way that is easy to navigate and find what you need. If there's a product you need that's not there, just ask the staff and they will help you however they can. Highly recommended, good store, fantastic staff!

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Grooming serive is the best. Ensure you book well in advance. They book out 8-10 weeks. But they do have a wait list 😊
