City farmers located in the centre of the vic park strip. Parking available behind the shop near IGA or  the bigger shopping centre but need to cross the road. Shop itself inside isn't that big but has almost everything.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had, very rude and not the brightest. They have no idea what they’re talking about and that can be very dangerous when advising products to customers. Please I am begging you do not buy from this store.

I shop at the Victoria Park store. They have a great range of products but I go there for the great customer service. Everyone is friendly, helpful and happy to help. They will even carry my purchases to my car for me. I can’t recommend the shopping experience enough…. they are an awesome team.

I was having a pretty bad day and the customer service was still so friendly :‘ Thank you to Lou with pink hair you were super sweet and made the checkout experience positive and efficient.  Great store :-

I feel like I am the crazy fish lady who comes in daily but this store just has a pleasant vibe to it that I prefer to get products here whenever I happen to pass by often!.  They have incredibly friendly, helpful and honest staff. The place is always kept nice and tidy. I had a bit of trouble with some female bettas and one goldfish but the rest have had no issues. Their selection of fish is small but decent; they are one of the smaller City Farmers.

Jacob provided me with the most exceptional customer service I have experienced in a long time. While all staff at this store are helpful, Jacob spent time explaining the different products and food, including fresh food options and teeth cleaning paste and how to use it. These days we can feel invisible when we shop and today I felt like the most important customer in the world. Thank you from me and my spoodle, Ruby, who has everything she needs to help support a speedy recovery.

Loud buzzing noise alongside the cashier near the front door was very annoying and I couldn’t wait to get out of the place.

Staff are always helpful. Store is tidy and clean. Love that they support rescue. Massive fan of Mel she always is so warm and friendly and helps track down whatever you need.
