Got the heartbeat puppy for our new four legged friend and he absolutely LOVED it. To be honest I was a bit sceptical to pay so much money for what may turn out to be just an expensive toy, but after reading through the reviews I decided to give it a try. First night in his new crate and he fell straight asleep on top of it and has slept through the entire night since.
Excellent Customer Service from Sam today. I was looking for specific accessories to go with a purchase I made from eDog last year and Sam found exactly what I was looking for in under 5 minutes then sent the links to purchase and added a free gift! Thanks so much for your help :-
Have had 2 issues with a product and the service has been AMAZING! The response was prompt and professional. Would highly recommend for any pet product! Could not be more happy with the quality of the service. Thanks again guys
Very bad customer service. My product was not delivered, although tracking stated it was. I contacted eDog asking where the parcel was, because it had not been delivered even though I got an email saying it had arrived. They repeatedly told me that it had been delivered and tried to close my case because the tracking said delivered. They sent me the confirmation from their courier to prove it, which showed that it was delivered. To the wrong address – an address that did not exist and not the address that I provided. I asked for a refund or for the product to be reshipped, to which eDog suggested that I should go and recover the parcel from this non-existent address myself. Horrible communication, and horrible customer service to expect a customer to go on a wild goose chase to a strangers house which may not even exist a week after delivery to get a package. They then stopped responding to emails for 6 days and after many ignored emails finally confirmed they would reship the product. Would not recommend this company.
They have been the most helpful people! I lost my charger to my barking collar which btw is the only thing that will stop my kelpie barking and they were so helpful is sending me out another one so I didn’t have to buy a whole new collar. Amazing customer service and great collars !
Purchased a Bark-Tec citronella collar that did not work. EDog Australia sent me two replacement collars that also did not work. Be warned that this is a faulty product. I did manage to get a full refund after several email exchanges and the threat of legal action which was the only saving grace.
Had issues with the collar leaking but was quickly rectified and a new one has been sent as a replacement, all though I had an issue with the first collar I still highly recommend !
If only 0 stars was an option. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Device received faulty. Store refused to provide return information unless I uploaded a video to a third party website which would store my data. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
BarkTec spray collar- Waste of money !! Cheap , defective collar! Worked for few times and stopped! Though it's a flat battery, bought new batteries the size of the batteries they use for this collars very expensive and hard to find Changed with new batteries, still doesn't work .Million excuses from customer service- never got refund or replacement for the defective barking collar ! Don't waste your money here- buy from elsewhere. One star is too much for this product and customer service , half star would of been more than enough!
We had previously bought a citronella collar and that worked on our dog for awhile, but she got used to it and it became less effective. We then tried a static collar and that worked really well, but unfortunately failed after one week. We rang e-dog and were impressed with their concern and after-sales service of immediate replacement. We decided while we were at it, to upgrade to a remote controlled unit as that would ensure 100% intervention at our control. We ordered on the Friday and the new unit arrived on Monday. Very impressed. It was easy to set up and fro minute one, worked a treat. There are three modes each many levels - sound, vibrate and static, but we have only had to use the sound mode on low level 3. Our dog stopped her bad behaviour in her tracks and we find after only one day use, she doesn't even have to be wearing the collar for it to work. She barks, we activate the sound and she stops immediately. Great training tool. We are really happy with e-dog, their product and we value their after sales. Thanks
