Love this place..don't even have my own pet . Staff is super friendly and willing to go out of their way to suggest things if they cannot find the exact thing. "Went in once for an under water cottage figure to make a snow globe" The second time was with the ex gf to look for cat things. And third time "most recent" was to get a fish bowl for the same snow globe project. - yet to be completed "THE PLACE HAS A LOCAL MILK BAR TYPE VIBE" feels very easy to ask stupid questions and not get that judgy, "are you serious right now" look. My one purely constructive criticism for lack of things to say is maybe paw prints claw prints etc or arrows pointing to the pets that need adoption in the back. Totally missed it the first time "walked the whole store". Second time the ex gf poked her head around to find it. The temptation to adopt them is beyond measure and heart breaking that I can't right now
Huge range . Well worth a visit . They have a much larger varied range of fish than almost any other store . I got 3 Otto's and they settled in beautifully into my tank . Not the shiniest cleanest tanks but a fair bit of algae which probably makes for hardier fish .
One of the best in WA!!! Great team always happy to lend a hand and answer any questions. Would recommend to any with a pet something for everyone in there. Always a happy customer here.
amazing pet store! i travel 30 minutes to get my supplies they have great variety of pets and one of the only few places i’ve seen in the last few years that actually have dogs, rabbits, cats, chickens ect… the staff actually remember me everytime i walk in and ask about my snake which i purchased with them and just make you feel important! everyone is willing to help and super friendly thankyou so much for your services!
Pet Magic has very friendly and informative staff, especially in the reptile department. A wide range of pets varying from an exotic axolotl to a bobtail lizard to a fluffy puppy. Loved being able to cuddle the puppies, kittens and pet the Manx mice when I visited even though I didn't buy anything
Thought the place looked great initially. Bought 3 ruby nosed tetra and a couple of bristle nosed tetra to top up an established tank with my 3 year old daughter to get her into fish. Great for about 4 days before a outbreak of white spotted killed the 3 ruby nosed first and then a couple of neons. Went back today to get the treatment for $20 or so and mentioned what happened. Not a care in the world from the staff and two different opinion. Next time I have to bring water in to show them...what white spot and the dead fish..yeap tell that to the other fish when they die over night and get eaten. Managed to get 2 of the ruby nosed for you that were floating on the top.
Friendly staff, get all my fish supplies and mice from here. Lots of interesting animals. Definitely a favourite pet store for my needs.
I love this place. Been coming in here for years. Carly is a favourite and her spider senses are on point. All the rest of the team are friendly and helpful. And they have woodies even when I cannot get them anywhere else.
they tried to upsell, and get us to spend more money than we needed. Bad customer service because the people started getting angry because we didnt want to buy.
I used to come in frequently, but now I avoid going for buying fish, there are constantly dead fish in tanks, tanks with sick fish and no labels or warnings. I picked up velvet and white spot in a tank and had to let the staff know. The fish knowledge is just not up to scratch and they sold me a fighter fish that
