A decent range of stock but not as good as Coburn store and they tend to run low on small animals. Store is a warehouse but is kept quite clean and well ran. Some of their range is a bit over priced but most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Animals seen cared for ( rabbits, mice, rats, chickens and fish) and cages are clean. when i had a mouse die before it got home and have mites they were very efficient and treated all the animals and changed stockists. They are pretty generous and helpful with refunds too when we had a faulty cage so i am more than happy to return shop there because they are genuinely a decent store.

Fantastic service. Jason was really knowledgeable and helped solve an issue I’ve got with my fish tank. But the Latino girl there, who looks like Selena Gomes better looking sister, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A++

Always friendly and helpful staff really good prices. Have tried all the other pet shops and they dont compare. Keep up the great service.

A great place to purchase anything for your pet - be it a snake, a fish or the more traditional cats & dogs. They have a huge range of everything, from enclosures to food to toys.
