Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! Really Cool fish. Always can find parking here. Click and collect is quick and easy as well. 11/10 would visit again.
Bought my 9 year old daughter a fish tank and 2 goldfish from city Farmers Subiaco for her Xmas present. After 3 or 4 days we noticed that the big one was harassing the little one. Despite this being only a few days after purchase we were politely told too bad nothing they could do, they wouldn't even take the big one back for no cost to them and then I purchase another one. This in spite of the fact that we asked for 2 fish of similar size and we ended up with one around 30% bigger than the other. We have 3 pets and were just starting to buy our supplies from City Farmers Subiaco but won't be buying anything from them again.
Great variety of products for many pets, ranging from cat and dog supplies to less common pets like lizards, rabbits or fish. Knowledgeable staff and a green Cross vet next door is an extra convenience
Great staff. Good range. Not the largest City Farmers store, but still great
Only place I go to for my pet's needs! Often buy food and kitty litter in bulk at decent prices. Miss seeing the adorable kitties blame COVID. Hermit crabs and Siamese fighting fish are delightful. Get a loyalty card. Worth it! Staff lovely, and heaps of parking out front.
The staff here are so lovely
They have a wide enough selection of food and accessories however they don't cover extensively more niche brands like Aussie dog. Ample parking, vet just next door. I really love that they partner with the local Cat haven to adopt out cats hosting them in store to increase visibility
