Booked a mobile dog wash through City Farmers Bedford site and had David come wash our dogs at home. What a great service! David was brilliant! And our dogs are so fluffy and clean now and loved their treats :
Went to City farmers Bedford Butters who is in charge of the fish area has no clue on fish keeping he offers poor advice just to get a quick sale. Isabella served me and caught me a few fish she has no idea on fish keeping or advice for other pet needs. Also the Store manager is rude and unhelpful to customers. Fish area is dull and tanks are always dirty and fish are never healthy. Saw heaps of dead fish in the tanks bad presentation. Very expensive on prices and limited range on stock in general. Staff are not friendly and helpful too busy talking among themselves rather than helping customers. You will never free welcome there. I will never shop there in the future. Shop else where other petstores have a large range of all products. Please don't waste your time and hard earnt money shopping at City Farmers Bedford.
Store was clean and tidy, and had everything l needed for my new puppy. There helpful staff was very friendly.
I got 6 demanding guinea pigs and they devore constantly hey, this place my guineas will call heaven, lots of nice hay in practica hey bales.
Very good pet store. I don't goto many but this one has a few items I can't find elsewhere locally
Really disappointed from the staff, no knowledge about the products, no experience, no customer service, definitely no smile , I’ve got told to read the description I would never go back again
I shop a lot here normally at the Subiaco branch and spend a lot of money, and I have to say the staff at this particular branch are so rude and unhelpful. Will avoid this location from now on.
I'm a first time dog owner, and Bella who put through my order was lovely. Asked me if I'd used one of the products before and then gave me extra advice for them. Very grateful, thank you!
