Purchased Advocate at very good price as it was on sale online at Petbarn but called my local store and they matched the price and made it a lot easier for me to obtain the product instead of waiting for a delivery. The attendant was extremely helpful and had reserved the quantity I needed so I wouldn't miss the sale. Excellent customer service always.
Very bad service. If a product is advertised incorrectly with a special tag. Honour it, acknowledge your error and the fact it was a $2 difference, you'd think you would do it right away rather than going through 3 different people to honour it! Won't be returning to buy my $100+ monthly pet food any more!
Always buy my Hills Science Diet wet cat food Click & Collect from Petbard Bedford, they are at the end of Rosebery Street and have always been very wheelchair friendly. Gets me a tick every time. Sometime I even drive in my electric wheelchair from my house.
Our puppy Bambi, attended the puppy school here and we cannot be any more happy with the care, dedication, and support we received over the 5 weeks. A massive shout to Sophie the instructor, she was amazing and we can’t thank her enough for all she did - Definitely recommend!
