The Dog Line did not send me the owners guide with the Dog Fence so I didn't know the collar had to be removed at night. If I had been aware I would have returned the kit immediately. This would not have worked in my situation as my fences were in a bad state. Colin made suggestions but I had no guarantee these would be practical when my dog was an adult as she is a guardian dog and may not allow a minder to check her neck for irritations on the neck. Then where would the dog be safe if the collar was removed. I returned the kit and Colin only offered 75% refund as he would have to  re shelve the kit. He then said the battery box was scratched and wanted to refund less than offered. I had the kit sent back to me as I had enough of Colin. The kit was not damaged and I had photos to prove it. Beware buying a kit as you can't leave the collar on 24/7 days a week.

Amazing products and service. Original order worked amazing and they were able to reference this product when additions items were required. We've moved from a residential to a semi rural property and setting up new boundaries for the dogs has been ridiculously easy.

Colin was AMAZING!!!! He made everything simple and easy. The product is awesome even though its only been a couple of days. I was very concerned he wouldn't be able to live up my husbands expectations of what was required as he extremely particular as he is a designer and it was a very difficult job to complete. You cant see the product and considering we live on a front strata with no gate was a huge concern. This product has eliminated this major issue. Thanks for the hard work and diligence Colin we really appreciate it and would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for the perfect solution to keeping your animals safe. Thanks again Helen

Until I got the Pet Barrier from The Dog Line... I could never leave the house. 
Diesel would jump my 7 foot fence within minutes. With a new baby to look after it was a nightmare.
Now Diesel knows his home... is so much more settled at home and is enjoying being the centre of my boys attention

Absolutely recommend Colin & The Dog Line. We are on just over 5 acres. We have had the fencing system for over 12 months for our Gt Dane X now and it has been a relief to know that she knows her boundaries (only took a day) & her collar is on a low setting. It is no more uncomfortable to her than the TENS machine my physiotherapist uses on me. Best thing we ever did for our baby !
