My parents have been taking Kiki to Rachel at Petstock Baldivis for over a year now and is groomed perfectly every time. Kiki isn’t a fan of grooming but loves Rachel. Everyone is so nice and look after our baby so well. 10/10 recommend every time

They always do a good job of my dogs grooming and we usually go on seniors discount Tuesday

My dog sat in a cage and pined for me , and I told them about his leg injured , when I picked my my dog up , he was glad to see me . And the lady said your dog leg is injured . And I asked for a full dog groom . He’s still hairy , won’t bring my dog there again .

Great choice and friendly staff. Grooming service outstanding. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very bad experience with grooming. My boy was still wet and he had blood on his nail.  The staff looks so angry all the time and never smile at the customers.  They took my dog to the cage and we were still there and the other lady told to the one that was pulling our dog that we were watching to be gentle.  So disappointed. The staff at the front are friendly and they give treat all the time to our puppy but the grooming salon absolutely to avoid.

Pretty good store, lots of options, a bit pricey but generally good quality products.

The grooming staff always do such a great job on Bentley. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Thanks so much guys!!
