I recently needed some shoes for a special occasion on short notice and the junior manager went out of his way to make sure that I received the shoes in my size delivered to my home - much appreciated!!
I do not look like your average Peter Sheppard customer but I have always found staff to be welcoming over the past decade of shopping here for formal shoes. As someone who’s very difficult to fit, I appreciate the knowledge that all staff have about their range and the suggestions they offer after listening to what I need. I cannot recommend this shop enough if you’re the sort of person who can spend hours in Myers and come out disappointed. Yes, the shoes can seem expensive but everything I’ve bought so far has been beautiful quality, well wearing and comfortable.
My shopping experience at Peter Sheppard was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble as I searched for Mother of the Groom shoes. Nina and her colleagues offered wonderful service, with a smile, I highly recommend this shop for quality footwear and outstanding assistance.

Initially very happy with my service at Peter Shepherd and very excited I found a pair of shoes to wear with my MOG dress. Day before the wedding I discover the shoes looked like they had, unbeknownst to me at the time of sale been previously worn. Heavily worn on the undersides and scuffed at top of toe and both heels. I contacted Peter Shepherd store who gave me a discount on the shoes.
Each time I stay in Melbourne, I make sure to visit this store. I always walk away with a new pair of shoes. Great choice and wonderful service, with a smile.
I bought one shoes after 3 months used had damaged I’m not happy because I bought expensive
It was a bit too much effort for the sales assistant to help. We seemed an inconvenience.
