Story

Miss Louise was established in 1965 in Melbourne. Quickly expanding to three stores within Melbourne CBD, the fourth location opened in 1972 at the Southern Cross Hotel, known for being the hotel of choice for visiting celebrities & socialites visiting Melbourne.

In the 1970's and 80's Miss Louise introduced international luxury brands including Charles Jourdan, Maud Frizon, Fendi, Andrea Pfister WalterSteiger SergioRossi Versace Thierry Mugler Jean Paul Gaultier & many more to a discerning clientele.

Today, The Miss Louise boutique located at The Westin in Collins Street continues their legacy in bringing the leading luxury shoe, bag and accessory designers exclusively to Melbourne.

The worst experience I’ve had. I came in to look at shoes to be completely looked down on and treated rudely by the manager herself. What a poor example of customer service for a supposed high end store. Will never go back.
I have only ever had a wonderful experience shopping here. The ladies are always chatty and straightforward and even told me they can help with with a parking space if i find it a struggle with my little son in tow. Love this store and the service!
All their prices are marked up. Do not buy from them it’s such a rip off. You can literally get them a few hundred cheaper from david Jones or the actual Valentino store. This is so wrong.
What a horrible little shop !!! I went in here with a friend of mine who was looking at the sale section. I told my friend I didn't like a pair and the owner/manager shot me the dirtiest look as she practically forced her to buy them. The shoes are so overpriced they should be investigated.
Miss Louise did not wake me up whilst I was asleep earlier and accidentally slept in despite being in the next room. Frankly I’m disappointed as now I have to catch up on a morning of work at 10am.
Best shoe shop in Melbourne. Always have a great experience and the staff a so lovely.
