Zero customer service. No other customers in store but the two staff members were so busy talking and laughing with each other to pay any attention to us. I said hello after having no acknowledgment from them. Barely a response from them. We were in store for at least 10 mins and not once were we approached or acknowledged. Half the shoes had no price tags, or any info re waterproof etc.. I was prepared to spend money here. You lost my sale and that of all the friends I’ll tell.
Small shop but filled from top to bottom with Merrell shoes, including half-sizes. Friendly staff. I'd had Merrell's before which finally wore out. Quickly found a good replacement. Good hiking shoes.
This store is small and can be very busy at times... or at least seem busy when there are more than four people are in there at once... I would recommend going early to beat the crowd or to pick your times! great service, friendly staff and only too happy to help.
These guys are great. A great up to date range. Really helpful advice and had the exact shoes i was after.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff who went out their best to help me with my selections. As has always been my experience with this location: The customer is looked after well, with suggestions for alternate purchase options made appropriately. The site is compact, but the service and product line on offer makes that of little concern.
staff was really knowledgeable and sweet. really listened to my mom and gave her the shoes that she was most comfortable in. quality of shoes is also great and they are very comfortable. due to COVID, there is a limit but the wait was not long. overall we were very satisfied
It's a bit of a smaller store and can get a bit busy though there are limits as to how many people can be in. The guys there have always been quite helpful and very knowledgeable so that's always great. Have been happy with my experience thus far however I haven't been to any other Merrell stores to compare.
Terrible customer service. There were no other customers in the store and they still refused to serve me because I can not wear a mask. My husband wore his even though government says it's no longer necessary in small stores, we both sanitized, and yet they kicked us out, which is not even allowed according to Vic government laws! I had a list of shoes to buy - Your rudeness costed you over $800 and I'll never be back.
I got friendly and expert help, despite visiting in the late afternoon on a busy Friday. I was looking for an unusual fit. The staff member who served me gave 100%+ and also looked after two other happy customers at the same time. Impressive.
Worst Hiking quality hiking shoes I have owned. The soles have fallen appart after very light use, I wouldn't even consider them worn in. Seriously dispointing for a shoe advertised as being all terrain and tough. A cheap pair of sneakers would have held up better. Tried going through the online returns process and have been palmed off.
