If you need anything from Bally, look for Ray for the best services. Cash, card, and smartphone payments accepted. No wheelchair accessible entrance due to the doorstep, however feasible with the help of another. Good location being proximal to car parking, train station, and tram stops.

i went to Bally in Collins Street, after seeing a Bally wallet in Hong Kong that I did not purchase at the time. In the meanwhile, I have been browsing and looking through Bally women's wallets on line. I decided I would go to the shop to check the dimension and feel of the wallet before purchase. The woman shop assistant first said that the colour I asked after baby sky blue was 'last season'. This was after I viewed the new collection on the Bally website....... then when I asked about the pricing on a wallet I have been considering for some time - she told me a price that is at least 25% above the advertised price - established through my research. i left the store without buying anything and felt as though I was treated poorly by the sales assistant. She certainly missed a sales opportunity today. Disappointed.
What a great place finally a high end brand that has some care for its customers, The guys in Collins street are very professional and understanding of the customers needs and wants.. I have dealt with a lot of high end exclusive brands and they are a pleasure to deal with, Greta way to build loyal customers
