Great service and shoe range. I was recommended by Henry Bucks to visit this store for Double Monk shoes. I walked in unannounced and was greeted with a big smile. I was allowed enough time to browse all the shoes and then asked politely if I’d like to try any shoes. Once they learnt what kind of shoes I was after, I was patiently showed three different options and given advice on what would work on my feet shape. I really appreciate this old school service and attention to my needs rather than a straight up sales pitch. I’ll return for a pair of boots shortly when they are available in my size.
The man serving me was focused and diligent. Took my size brought out the boots to try. He was terrific and the product knowledge was exceptional. So many shops nowadays the attendant has no idea. If you want a quality Australian made show go to McCloud shoes they are grouse
Patrizia who helped us with our purchase was an absolute gem. Passionate, patient and fantastic old school service with great advice. Ended up buying more than intended. In other words, a very 'dangerous' shop to be in for those who love their shoes
Got myself a pair of Loake shoes for my wedding last week! Thought they could do with a bit of a polish after the day and went into store to get this done. Entire team were incredibly friendly and super helpful, polished them on the spot for me and I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. They don't discriminate and treat every customer to a delightful experience where they help you find the perfect fit to match the look you are going for. They are my new go-to whenever I need a new shoe not that the shoes I have won't last. The quality is amazing
We had a great experience at McCloud Shoes today. Patricia is attentive, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. The service is very personalised and she understands what is important for us when it comes to buying shoes. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for great customer service and great selection of leather shoes. We will certainly be back again!
Best place I know of in Melbourne for a wide and very well curated selection of quality and stylish men's shoes at reasonable prices. Walk in with confidence; they are genuine and friendly guys who know shoes and won't do the heavy selling. Have bought three pairs of dress shoes, two pairs of boots and three pairs of sneakers/summer shoes over the past five years. Repair work also top class.
First time in the shop today. Was made to feel very welcome, feet measure, old school service and great selection. Quality shoes that are not plastic or rubber. Quality that will outlast me ! Highly recommended
