Degradingly unprofessional. I negotiated a price with Maurice Dunn on a house. I got all my finances in order. I made sure I had the price correct and got a deposit cheque ready. On the day Maurice told me the price had gone up by 10%, when I questioned our agreement he said he was acting for the vendor and had to get the best price.  Whilst I understand this, I do not understand the lack of honour and professionalism in his actions. I stupidly paid the over the odds asking price as I needed to move. The lesson I learnt is if it is not in writing you can not rely on the information as fact. 

Unfortunately I found Maurice Dunn and Robert Parker would do anything to make a bit more money for themselves at any cost.

Be careful if you choose to deal with Peter Blackshaw Tuggeranong.

Never again for me.

I firmly believe Peter Blackshaw Tuggeranong should be brought to account for dishonesty and incompetence. Why tell someone what the reserve price is then mid auction hike it up? Is the quest for money really worth sacrificing all your morals? My experience with them was terrible. I hope yours may be better.
