Shocking! Bunch of dilettantes! They rented a property to me with broken heater. Took them three months to fix. They do not show up for scheduled inspections, terrible attitude, unprofessional. Every few weeks new property manager calls. The turnover of people there is fastest I have ever seen. Inexperienced agents. They promise to do something then don't do it. Worst real estate agent I have come across so far.

Terrible service. They lost my rental application after submitting it on the 9th May which had a read receipt on the email application showing 8 people in their office had read it. Was later advised, after multiple calls that their systems were shut down for multiple days and they all had been locked out. Had to resubmit my application. Given multiple excuses that their staff were in "training"; when wanting to confirm the progress of my application. Waited and waited. Then comes the 23 May and I receive an email to say they were "processing my application" and within 5 minutes of that email a further email saying my application was "unsuccessful". They never processed my application and I would never recommend them to landlords thinking of them to manage their property. I finally asked for feedback and had no reply. The Principal of this real estate agency should be ashamed and embarrassed by the level of service being provided to customers. Stay clear away from them. I have given up trying.

My partner and I started renting with Luton. Home was advertised as one price, then one month later they've added an extra $20 to our rent without telling us, when we have a contract saying otherwise. Spent nearly a week trying to get into contact with our property manager and was just told "she'll call you back", then out of nowhere we got a brand new property manager, who once again struggled to get in contact with us after we had emailed him. Simply not good enough, and has made the whole experience terrible. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone unless they wanted their time and money wasted.

I have been Renting through them from last 18 months ... there Service is Fantastic... Anything goes wrong quick fix ...
