We rented a house from 2007 - 2014. The staff were friendly helpful and flexible.
I've read the other reviews on this page and can honestly say that this was not our experience. We were looked after very well. Totally loved the house.

Hodgkinson Real Estate have been wonderful to deal with.  Fantastic communication, quick responses and the property managers have excellent attention to detail.  My property has always been excellently looked after by the team here and I don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

We delt with  Hodgkinson in selling our huge home in Queanbeyan. The staff  were so professional at all times. They knew the area and gave us some great advise. Never once did they push us into doing anything that we didn't want to do. We felt that they made us their number one priority, always being able to be contacted and updating us regularly. The house sold within 4 Weeks. We recommend them highly.

after being a renter for some 20 years I have moved to another real state agency. This is for a huge number of reasons! Many covered by the others on this review page. I WOULD HAVE TO HONESTLY NOT RECOMEND THEM FOR RENTING FROM.

Really really terrible service, they didn't give us inspection report and when we leave they ask us to fix things which they should fixed few months ago. DON'T GO THERE!
