Great store & very friendly staff. Huge amounts of everything for your pets and we also have our dog ‘Poe’ groomed- they always do a fantastic job and Poe actually can’t wait to go in and gets ever so excited when we get there which is always a good sign of great service

Excellent grooming service. The rest; not bloody good enough! Expensive and not interested in helping people. $158.00 for two small dogs, full groom for both. Went to collect. No-one about. Rang the bell 3 times. No response. YELLED out. That worked. Checkout procedure. Comical. No it wasn't.  You want more customers? Look after the ones that come into the store regularly. Are you a member here? Who programmes your computer systems? Mr Magoo?
