Well this is now the second time they have helped my Mum find her forever. The first was Buddy and my goodness he was wonderful. Now she has Marley, he's been with her 3 weeks now and he's such a handsome fella. He has given her the companionship and purpose she needed, and he will be so loved. Many happy years to come for the both of them. The staff there are kind, compassionate and do their utmost to help rehome the animals that come to them.
Our 2 cats and 1 dog spent a week here. The cats were very chilled and enjoyed it. Our dog was very nervous for a couple of days because he's never been away from home before. But by the end, he came out of his shell. Seems very happy. Thanks heaps to everyone for looking after them so well
We picked up Bella 2 weeks ago, and while the bigger cats are taking their time adjusting to Bella's confidence and playfulness, the humans are fighting over who gets to have the next cuddle. We were very impressed with the housing and set up at Wingfield. The staff were lovely and obviously knew the cats who were in their care and we're able to guide our family to some suitable potential adoptees. Animals were well cared for, well fed and happy in their lovely temporary homes. Please consider adopting if your home and heart has space
I can't thank the AWL enough for how respectfully they cremated my best friend of fifteen years. Although it was extremely difficult, I feel comforted knowing that my boy was treated with the utmost of care after his passing. The urn was given to us in a lovely box with clippings of his fur, framed paw print, documentation, and a tea-light. As sad as it has been, I highly recommend the AWL cremation services.
Thank you AWL for respectfully and lovingly taking care of our dear Roxy after she passed last week. We had her cremated and the AWL did a wonderful job returning her to us with a lovely box for the ashes, her paw print and clippings of her fur, along with a lovely card. Highly recommend their service when that sad time comes for your loved pet.
Having to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Patch was the hardest thing to do. I'm so greatful to Zena who took so much care with Patch and gave her vip treatment, it will be something I am forever greatful for. Knowing her final transition was cared for by such a beautiful lady made it bearable for us left waiting for her to come home and finally resting peace where she was loved. Thank you to all the staff who helped us with this.
Nice boarding environment, have plenty of space in the room for both of my cats , with sunlight and garden view . Staff are very friendly and helpful, they take good care of animals. You can feel they are genuinely love animals and their job .
Called me to ask about donations, said I couldn’t afford it TWICE and she asked again, each time making the amount less. Seriously guys, I get it, you need support but if someone says they can’t afford it…they can’t afford it ! Continuing to pressure them into making donations and asking for less won’t change the answer. Now I definitely won’t be returning to you guys. I don’t see RSPCA doing this after adopting an animal from them previously.
I've attempted to adopt multiple dogs through the AWL application process, never hear anything back, thanks for wasting my time when apparently there is an excess of dogs up for adoption. I'll got to the Rspca from now on
Great experience first time adopting a cat staff were the greatest and love it when one of their charges find a new home
