They only sell the 3KG Purina Pro Plan, I wanted 7KG, and I was able to get it from Pet Circle Company instead. There was an older lady there that was somewhat rude/ passive aggressive towards me as I asked if they sold 7KG bag of Purina Pro Plan, however I found that the male staffer cashier was well informed/ educated about the high end class productsHills science,  Purina Pro,  and Royal Canin.nThe products I now purchase come from Pet Circle and not pet barn. 4/5 stars

I came into the store yesterday and asked for some advice regarding Puppy Kibble and the different brands, I had a lovely young gentleman very willingly offer alot of advice and help regarding various brands and the benefits of each one.  I left feeling much better informed and very happy with the choice of foods I had purchased for our new puppy with his help.  Sorry I didn't get his name but I thought he was great :

As soon as we walked in, greeted by smiling staff.  Your pet needs to be on a leed, so very pet friendly.  Loads of specials and products and my pet received a treat, which she loved.  You can take your time, looking around.  Also there is a bowl of water at the front door for your fur baby.   Recommend

First time trying Petbarn's same day delivery service, ordered Royal Canin and price was cheaper than competitor. Also got me out of a pickle since I'm still waiting on delivery 1 week + from another vendor. Highly recommended.

Been going here for 5+ years to buy Blackhawk dog food and wash our Greyhound. Prices are always the lowest and if not they price match. Dog wash costs $10 and couldn't be easier. No complaints here, I intend to continue coming here for all my dog based needs for the foreseeable future.
