I came here a few days ago to buy some feeder comet goldfish, and the young man who bagged them up for me was so kind and so gentle with these fish even though they were just feeders, and he put 10 per bag to make sure they had room to swim. I hope he sees this and knows how much I appreciated this small act of kindness. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Such a friendly and helpful staff. If something I need isn't on the shelf they move heaven and earth to find it - and usually do! This is my favorite Pet Supplies Plus. You only need to shop here to understand why. Thanks to them for keeping my "menagerie" well cared for!!!
The store is very friendly. I realize they're going through a renovation, but they don't carry the normal dog food that they used to carry. I've been having to buy my dog food online because this store does not carry the food my dogs eat. I hope when Renovations are complete, they carry a wider variety of the commonly used products.
Awesome, convenient place to grab supplies for pet. Pet supplies plus is a regional chain that is focused on low cost supplies and this location delivers as well. They sell some small live animals and do vet clinics as well.
Extremely nice, helpful staff! Even said I could return the unused portion if my pet didn't eat the food! Now THAT'S customer Service! This place gets a Gold Star!
Has everything you need for taking care of your lovely pets. Staff is nice too, the prices are pretty comparable as long as you have their membership and knock a couple bucks off. I go here for convenience and their pet bakery.
I love this Pet Supplies Plus. I went in at the last minute 8:45 pm because I realized my dog needed a recovery cone/donut. Everyone was very helpful without trying to rush me out the door, and they had several options available.
I didn't catch they're names, but the couple of employees that were working were super friendly and very playful with our dog, she was loving playing g with them. Great group of people working there.
Great staff. Great prices. Frequent shopper. Bought many Speciality Reptiles from here. Staff cares. Pets treated with care.
Great prices on specialty food for those sensitive little tummies our little critters get. Staff is wonderfully helpful, amazing how they can carry a 40lb bag of litter with no problem!
