Today I purchase a well made cat scratcher and I receive great service very helper pleasant staff worker. I recommend this establishment to everyone, written on the 26th November 2022.

My first visit to the dog groomer here and I was very pleasantly surprised. The best groom he has ever had, and no fussing around from groomer towards me. I was straight in, provided my requirements, "no problem" they said, and they were true to their words. I've booked appointments every month until the end of the year. 5 stars .... Update.... had our second groom last week, even better than the first. Again, 5 stars for these guys.

Jake is fantastic, very friendly and personable. He is great with my pug, only groomer in 6 years who has been able to cut his nails without using multiple people and a harness.

Great service, easy location to stop in and park. Cheapest price I could find for the Spectra flea and tick treatment that i bought. Legit $50 cheaper than the place on the other side of the road.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Decent range but the prices can sometimes be on the higher side. Lots of aquarium gear as well. The dog wash is good and always reliable.

Jake is just incredible in grooming! He listens to what we need and just so gentle with the puppers. We have only had the best results with our golden retriever Buddy, and our furry boy always comes out smelling amazing, looking floofy and struting out more confident than ever! We wont go anywhere else. Thanks Jake

Jake in grooming is AMAZING!!! What a wonderful, kind, sensitive and thoughtful man. We were so impressed by him on our recent visit that we will be back over and over again. Absolutely delighted to work with him in getting our very frightened fur baby back on track for grooming after a horrid encounter at another place in NSW. Thank you Jake - you are so warm and reassuring that I am absolutely impressed by you.

Staff have been well trained as they know their products well. Also super friendly. If you bring your pet in they are looked after like royalty
